Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we collect, use and share "consumer health data" through the Dr. V Weight Management portal, as required by laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws. It works together with the Privacy Policy. If any health data is also protected health information held by a Dr. V clinic under HIPAA, the Notice of Privacy Practices applies to it.
1. Consumer health data we collect and why

We collect this data from you (and from your Dr. V clinic for profile and phase details). We collect it only for these purposes and as needed to provide the Service you ask for.
2. Consent
We ask for your explicit consent before collecting this data, separately from the Terms. We ask for a separate consent before sending anything to the AI provider. You can withdraw either at any time from Privacy & data in the portal or by emailing us.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising. Processors may use it only to provide their service to us. Our payment provider, PayPal, receives only what is needed to take your subscription payment and does not receive your health data.
4. Your rights
You may confirm we are collecting your consumer health data, access it and the list of third parties and affiliates it is shared with, withdraw consent, and ask us to delete it. Use Privacy & data in the portal or email drvaziri@doctorvaziri.com. We respond within 45 days (extendable once by a further 45 days with notice). If we refuse, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and if you are not satisfied you can contact your state attorney general.
5. Geofencing and sale
We do not use geofencing around health care facilities and we do not sell consumer health data.
